Why Shakeology?Shakeology was the start to my transformation. One of the many things that I have learned along the way is that I was not eating frequently during the day. Instead I would not eat for 6 hours and then have an entire pizza! A mix of not eating + junk food = tight pants!
So enter SHAKEOLOGY! Now I make sure to have something to eat every 3 hours and the shake is one of those meals. Once I started doing that the weight came off FAST! When you do not eat frequently your body starts to PANIC and wonder if it will get fed again and hold on to any excess weight just in case and this is BAD! - so if time is a problem for you shakeology is the answer - it is for me! Not only do I have less junk food cravings but I have more energy and less stress in my life trying to find the time to cook or prepare meals! |

The difference between Shakeology and an average protein shake is that Shakeology has a lot more nutrition in it and It's considered a meal or a snack. It's more like a multivitamin then a protein drink. Because your body has all the nutrition it needs it allows stored fat to leave your body!
