Program based Challenge Groups are just that - everyone doing a program together. We motivate and inspire each other and keep each other going on days when the last thing you want to do is exercise or eat right. Why Do You Need A Challenge group? |
If it were easy then it would be called easy out - not working out - right?? (LOL) Truth is that getting fit is not easy - instead it takes discipline and hard work. Finding the MOTIVATION to do that is the hardest part for most people. There are some people that enjoy running or regularly take exercise classes. Some people have gym memberships and can self regulate their workouts. There are even people out there who can do that and also eat a healthy balanced meal without anyone pushing them or motivating them! I wish I could say that was me - but nope, not even close!
