- What are your results and thoughts about having a coach?
- "Just completed my 1st 21 days!!! I lost 6.5 inches and lost 4lbs!!! I love Shakeology and I have a lot more energy! I am also taking a treadmill boot camp so I did not complete all of the workouts and I did have a few slip ups on eating, but I have learned so much about healthy eating and staying positive!!! - "Hi there Jessica, Thanks for checking in. I'm doing well, eating better, going to the gym etc. feeling stronger than ever. I have stopped using the shakes, they just aren't in my budget, but thanks to them, I did cut my coffee habit back from 10 (TEN!) cups QD, down to 1-2! I'm sleeping better and as a result feel more awake. At this point, I'm pretty happy where I am, so I plan to leave the group and head off on my own. "Incredible, amazing, can't believe how great I feel!! I've worked with Jessica for many years, have heard her tell many others about this program, didn't think it was for me. I've always kept in pretty good shape, ran the Boston Marathon 4 times back in the day, have always worked out and tried to keep fit. Sadly found that as I got older, the running wasn't enough to keep me in shape. I started by trying T 25, fabulous, but lost all I had achieved when I went back to my old eating habits. Decided to try 21 day fix in May - OMG, I cannot believe it!! I am 52 years old, I thought I was fit when I ran marathons, but I have NEVER EVER felt this healthy or strong!! I am beyond thrilled - I look and feel great - best thing I have ever done! I never thought I would be someone who would go for the shakes , not my thing. The fact is though that I feel so healthy that I'm just going to have to figure out a way to keep them in my budget. Between the shakes and watching what I'm eating (not strictly following the eating plan, but for sure thinking about how much protein, veg, fruit, carbs etc. I'm having, making healthy choices for all, and thinking about when I'm eating them) I feel just amazing. Sleeping better, more energy, I WANT to work out every day, even after a 12 hour night shift! I'm completely committed to sticking with this and maintaining these awesome results - very proud to be looking and feeling this great at 52 years of age!!
